The Bharatiya Seva Sansthan has been working on full-time adolescent risk health care services since its inception. Especially during adolescence of menstruation, various sexually transmitted diseases are appearing as a result of using dirty copper choppers without telling the parents about the shame. Even the same used cloth dries in the corner of the house without drying in the sun out of shame. It causes a feeling of self-loathing, which causes serious illness. The Bharatiya Seva Sansthan can learn from working experience by meeting with parents about adolescent health care. Moreover, counseling is being provided to provide health services to the adolescents.

Bharatiya Seva Sansthan is carrying out the work of Maternal and Child Health Care in different villages of Dhubria Union in a beautiful way. Children have fever, cold, cough and follow-up of pregnant mothers during check-up and postpartum period. Referral of complex patients to different hospitals for treatment.
